Marsha Guthrie

Executive Director
Marsha came to ALIS with over 10 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors in Canada and overseas where she managed various website development and redesign projects, and provided market research and communications services. She has consulted on projects for the European Union and private sector organizations overseas and presented at conferences on Internet governance. She is trained in adult learning theory and taught at the tertiary level, both face-to-face and online on areas such as e-commerce, cyber security, and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) policy development.
Marsha has a bachelor of science in Political Science with a minor in Law, a master of arts in Applied Social and Market Research, and a certificate in Project Management.
